•    Cabbage improves digestion and it is also very helpful in constipation.
•    Paalak(patron)juice is good for digation.it improves kidneys efficiency.  
•   One table spoon tulsi jucie with black pepper is very useful in stomach ache.
•   Drink lots of water is good in constipation.
•   Eat tulsi seeds with black salt in a  dehydration.

Easy home remedies for cold

• Drink lots of water and fruit juice in cold and cough.but avoid coffe or cold and other cafeen in cold.

• Ginger tea with tulsi leaves is also a good home remedy for cold.

• Steam of vicks is good in cold.

• Ginger juice, tulsi jiuce mix with honey take with warm water at knight.it is good home remedy in cold.

• Gargle with salt water is good remedy for throat pain.

• Powder of dry ginger,pepper powder and jaggiri. and have it daily 3-4 tea spoon, 3-4 times a day always before food.it is very effective home remedy for cold.

• 1/2 spoon turmeric powder , 1/2 spoon dry ginger powder, 2-3 garlic, mix with boiled  milk  and have it daily at knight.

• tulsi is most popular home remedy for cold and cough.in cold and cough,take some fresh tulsi leafs and black pepper boil with water after that make a ginger tea with this water.it is very helpful in cold and cough.

• tulsi is also used in skin problem.tulsi leaf directly apply on the affercted area.

• In white spot skin problem,apply paste of tulsi leafs with ganga jaal on the white spot.

• if mouse bite someone,apply tulsi juice with affem on the mouse bite.
