Precautions for hair loss
· Always wear a bathing cap while swimming and shampoo your hair immediately afterwards.
· It's normal to lose between 50 and 100 hairs a day. If you are losing more than this, then consult your doctor.
· Keep your hair clean. It will prevent dandruff, itching and hair lice, which ultimately result in hair fall.
· Use a shampoo and conditioner according to your hair type.always use good quality products.
· Massage your scalp regularly with lukewarm oil at least twice a month. You can choose coconut oil, olive oil or almond oil for your hair.
· Never comb your hair when it is wet. The roots of the hair are weakest when they are wet. Keep the hair wrapped in a towel for a while then let it dry naturally as excess usage of hair dryer damages the texture of hair and makes it weak resulting in hair fall.
· Use a mix of amla, shikakai and dry neem leaves, apply on scalp and leave it on for an hour before washing.
· Eat a healthy food including green vegetables, dairy products and fruits.
· Drink coconut water to prevent hair fall.
· Include at least 2 nuts in your daily diet to help strengthen hair.
· Avoid using harsh clips or bands and do not tie your hair up tightly.
· Protect the hair from dust and sun. Cover your head while going out in direct sunlight.

Precautions for heart problems

· Do exercise like walking and aerobics is good for heart.

· use of alcohol should be avoided to prevent your heart from heart diseases.
Health precautions during pregnancy
· Ginger tea will help in morning sickness immediately on time. But It has to be real ginger tea.
· Avoid spicy foods and eat frequently at least six small meals daily. This will help mothers to avoid an empty stomach and boost energy levels all the time.
· You must choose those foods that will keep your baby well.
· Your diet should be rich in minerals and vitamins. Milk and other dairy products will help to keep you in good condition. These foods provide calcium for the baby.
· Iron is most essential element needed during pregnancy to prevent anemia. Foods rich in iron are eggs, whole wheat, wheat germ, bran, barley, oatmeal.
· Avoid foods and odors which could feel Morning sickness and Vomiting.
· Avoid caffeine during pregnancy.
· Avoid junk food, refined starches, sugar, coffee, tea and foods high in acidic content.
· Eating cucumbers help reduce blood pressure.
· Protein is very important in preventing high blood pressure. Include protein diets in your food and make sure you have at least 80 grams of protein daily.
· A teaspoon of cider vinegar in a cup of warm water help in morning sickness.

· Sleep with pillows supporting your legs and back.
